We all know the current condition of the Italian health, both public and private, which forces our class to bear unacceptable working conditions, in some contexts also inhumane. Difficult in a general context that we, health professionals involved in nursing care, we must crashing every day, often with enormous efforts and sacrifices are not always able to meet the needs of citizens.
Not to mention the contractual situation, both in the public sector that private contracts of years old and salaries among the lowest in Europe.
